We often stock used upright and grand pianos that are in excellent condition and that are suitable for the beginner through to the advanced pianist. Each of these uprights has been thoroughly examined, adjusted and, if necessary, repaired and can be purchased with the peace of mind knowing that it is guaranteed for a minimum of three years!*

We are also happy to offer a three year "buy back" agreement on upright pianos sold when they are traded back to us as part of a purchase of a more advanced model.* This gives you the opportunity to use an upright as a type of stepping-stone forward in your musical development.

	Gors and Kallmann serial number 41949 year of manufacture 1909 This art nouveau-styled piano is a uniquely beautiful instrument. The cabinet is finished in highly figured burl walnut and the middle front panel is inlaid with ebony and mother of pearl. Still fitted to the piano are the original brass candlestick holders and the front of the piano is decorated with floral carvings. The key tops are immaculate ivory and ebony. The action is that of a Bluthner-type upright. This piano looks and plays like the day it was made and comes complete with the original stool. 	Danemann serial number 102696 year of manufacture 1980 This piano has a natural maple finish and looks and plays beautifully. This instrument will handle the demands of any standard of playing and would suit the beginner through to the professional. 	Petrof 121 *year of manufacture 1996* This is a modern piano finished in highly polished walnut. It is fitted with a middle practice pedal and is in "as new" condition overall. 	Ritzmar year of manufacture c.1910 This piano has a very attractive mahogany case with a sculptured three-panelled front. The instrument has an even, light touch and would be ideal for a younger beginner.
